Introduction
The DJUSD Bond Program will include the construction of new Multipurpose rooms for César Chávez Elementary, Birch Lane Elementary, North Davis Elementary and Willett Elementary. Designs and planning for these buildings will begin in the 2019-20 school year.

Scope of Work
The Birch Lane Elementary School Bond Project includes a new multipurpose facility with open space to accommodate assembly seating for the entire school (up to 650 students). This new and improved space will include a stage, music room, warming kitchen, staff, student and all gender restrooms as well as utility infrastructure improvements. The building design will be identical to that designed for César Chávez, North Davis, and Willett Elementary schools. Designs and planning for this building are under way.
