Please join us for the Birch Lane Carnival & Auction, this Saturday May 13th!

The carnival is free to everyone. It will run from 10am to 2pm. We will have food vendors and the PTA will be selling Woodstock’s pizza.

Remember to go to the waiver table in front of the new MPR to sign a waiver and receive wrist bands for your children. They will then be able to use the waterslides and dunk tanks. Be sure to check out the other games around the school. And don’t forget to see what the garden committee will be selling at their table. They will be next to the PTA tables.

Please come into the auction and wander around and check out all the great items up for bid. The auction opens at 11am and closes at 3pm. To be able to bid, you will need to register a credit card/debit card with our auction website. We will not be taking any cash or checks.

Here’s how you can register an account:

1. Go to the auction homepage: https://bleauction2023.ggo.bid
2. Click “Get Started”
3. If you don't already have a Greater Giving account, click “Create Account” and follow the instructions. You will need to input:
o An email address
o Full name
o Mobile number
o Home address
o Credit card information
4. If you do already have a Greater Giving account, simply log in. You will need to input:
o Credit card information (this isn’t shared between events)
5. Once you have created your account, you’re all set! As we don’t have any online bidding, there will be nothing visible on the website. We will reach out to everyone closer to the event with final details.
