3rd Grade Battle of the Books

We held our Third Grade Battle of the Books this morning! It was very exciting as it was the first time in the new MPR.
Almost 70 students took part reading 6 books, totaling 880 pages. We asked 25 questions worth a total of 28 points.
Two teams from Fairfield did remarkably well, scoring 25 and 24 points. Our amazing Birch Lane winning teams were:
THIRD place with 20 points: Team 7
SECOND place with 21 points: Team 6
FIRST place with 22 points: Team 6
Congratulations to these students and all 3rd graders who worked so hard on the 2023 Battle!
Thank you, 3rd grade teachers, for supporting your students, reading books aloud, judging, and just being awesome. The Library appreciates you!
